Stefan Florincescu qualified with a Masters in Engineering over 30 years ago and brings a wealth of experience to his role as Projects Manager with March Cato. In Romania he managed a construction company employing over 400 people, including 22 Engineers and over 40 Foremen honing both his people and organisational skills. In New Zealand, he has spent the last 13 years working on major projects for clients including Watercare and the Auckland City Council. In doing so he has earned a well-deserved reputation for excellence and has built solid relationships on which clients can depend on his effectiveness and assured delivery of projects.
Stefan’s experience gives him an enviable skill set and the capability to manage a number of projects for optimal outcomes. He motivates and leads a highly skilled team and takes a hands on approach while empowering people for expert results. He is responsible for co-ordinating projects and teams for best allocation of resources for each project. Stefan is detail-focused ensuring quality of works and is an experienced Project Manager with a clear focus on operational performance.
